The banks of the Cape Neddick Harbor invite you to sit back, relax and watch the sunset. Located on beautiful Shore Road, our property, offers a large recently updated home with plenty of room for everyone, making it the perfect for a summer vacation, family reunion or wedding party. Enjoy morning coffee, a cocktail, a lobster bake or an evening bonfire in the spacious back yard with private dock overlooking the Harbor.
Close to everything yet outside of the beach hustle and bustle this private setting will allow you to enjoy all that the area has to offer. A short stroll will take you past the Cape Neddick lobster pound, a great place overlooking the harbor to stop for a meal, drink or entertainment on a summer evening. A little further to the Cape Neddick beach, a quiet and safe haven perfect for families with young children, with tide pools, shallow calm water, and an uncrowded stretch of beach. A fifteen minute walk in the other direction will bring you to short sands beach, with its larger crowds, zoo and amusement park, shops, restaurants and pubs, funorama, bowling alley, and gazebo with summertime concerts. For those more adventurous long sands beach with its designated surfing areas is about one mile down the road. York Harbor and the village are about four miles. Ogunquit and the play house, Portsmouth NH and its festivals and events, five golf courses, whale watches and fishing trips, the Kittery outlets, and plenty of restaurants are all within a fifteen to twenty minute drive.
The house offers six bedrooms four with water views. The house boasts two master bedrooms, one on the first floor with a private deck and one on the second floor with a two person Jacuzzi. The four other bedrooms are on the second floor and share two additional baths. The modern fully applianced kitchen features granite countertops, breakfast bar, views of the river and is open to the living and dining rooms. The living room has views of the water, flat screen TV, stereo with surround sound, built in bookshelves, and a wall of windows. The dining area features seating for all and a wood burning fireplace/stove. A second living area or den with games , another flat screen TV and Wi game system is available at the other end of the house for kids little or big to enjoy.
