Looking for a working professional, new graduate, full time student ( international student is welcome!). Hope you don't smoke, don't do drugs, respectful, don't make too much noise and clean up after yourself in common area. Overnight guest is allowed occasionally and need to get approval first. Light cooking is allowed.
Room is furnished with a queen size bed set, sofa, desk, chair etc. A walking closet is attachedThis room may have a TV set inside. Rent for single person is $369 per week and maybe higher in summer which includes electricity, gas, water, trash, High speed internet, cable TV and gardener service. Laundry room is on site and free to use. Parking is free on driveway or on street. 6 months preferred, at least one month.
