Our warm and comfortable 2 story 3 bedroom/2 bathroom renovated home
is located in beautiful El Granada on a quiet dead end street and can
accommodate 6 guests.
We are just north of Historic Half Moon Bay, and only a 30-minute
drive to San Francisco along a spectacular coastline.
Downstairs:
Our fully equipped kitchen boasts top of the range appliances (my wife
is a professional chef) and concrete countertops with bar seating. The
open plan dining area has a beautiful wooden country style table that
seats up to 12 people. Reclaimed redwood wainscoting adds warmth and
charm to the space.
A bedroom with queen size bed is also downstairs, along with a full bathroom.
For musicians, there is a tuned piano to enjoy.
A new washer and dryer is available for your use in the garage.
Upstairs:
The spacious living room offers lots of light during the day, a large,
very comfortable sectional couch, 50" flat screen TV with cable and
DVD player, wireless internet, and working fireplace. We have partial
ocean views from our west facing windows, where the Pillar Point
harbor, headland, and Pacific Ocean are visible. A day bed is also
adjacent to these windows and serves as the perfect place take an
afternoon nap.
The master bedroom has queen size bed and a sliding glass door that
opens onto a deck, with views of the harbor in the distance.
The second bedroom has full size bed.
There is another full bathroom on the second level.
Our front yard has a grass lawn that receives ample sunshine during the day.
In the backyard, we have a large deck, BBQ Grill, a safe trampoline if
you have children, and a landscaped area with various native plants.
We strongly believe you will find our home to be comfortable, cozy,
and convenient, whether you are here visiting and exploring the San
Francisco Bay Area and surrounding coast or using this as a base camp
while you work anywhere in San Francisco or the
