The cottage is 1½ blocks from the sand at 209 Ocean View Parkway. 3 bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen (no dishwasher), laundry room with washer and dryer, screened porch, outdoor shower, 3 overhead fans, full house exhaust fan, 4 window A/C units, 2 TVs 2DVD players, and high speed internet.
