I will be in Lancaster, New Hampshire and would like to Steward your property while you are away. I will be attending a major event in the area but watching your house for you, so that it is not unattended would be a great opportunity for me and maybe 1 guest if I can confirm it before the event.

I perform my services professionally, and prefer to be recognized as such, as compared to other simple "house sitters" or "pet sitters" as I am Staycationing with Watson Staycations, my business, around the country. The logistics involved and ongoing lifestyle are themselves enough to recognize as a business- for security, handling visitors, performing light cleaning, and otherwise keeping your house professionally attended. I expect to visit several times each day and stay overnight. I am available before, during, and after the late June event scheduled June 21-28.

I would like to be in or close to Lancaster for the event, and I am also looking after the event, for a place in or near Manchester, NH while the homeowner is on their vacation. So I could be Stewarding two locations for at least one month each. We can discuss rates and other terms.

I have a half-size lab that is very friendly and a great watch dog. He gets along with other animals, so if I am watching your pets too that will be fine. We are 2/3 a pack since my wife passed.

I will be driving to Lancaster, NH, maybe stopping in Keene in advance of the trek up there. Prefer to arrange prior to June 21.
