Will pay 1st months rent if you sign lease before July 1. It's a 3 bedroom, with 2 other roommates who are very clean, especially with their dishes. It's $649/month & comes fully furnished + your own private bathroom/shower. AGAIN, if you contact me & sign the lease before July 1, I will pay for your first month's rent, thereby allowing you not to have to pay until August.
