I'm very quiet, clean and respectful. I do work full time but I cannot afford anything too expensive at the moment. $400/mo is the most I can do right now. I'm handy and willing to do work around the house or anything the like in exchange for slightly lowered rent if interested.
- House/apartment must be safe and stable
- A furnished room would be nice since I lost mine in a move but not required
- Good wifi is important since many of my hobbies require it
- Love pets of all sizes
About me :
I have my own car.
I work full time graveyard hours and sleep in the morning so you won't hear me unless you want to. I'm very friendly but a somewhat private person so I like my space.
420 friendly is very important. Marijuana helps me with a medical condition so you'll have to be ok with me smoking in my room. I am more than willing to only smoke by an open window if requested.
