I have a 3 bedroom house looking to rent a spare room out 12x12 bedroom.It is a split house plan, master bedroom on one side and other bedrooms and bath on the other side of the house. Lots of privacy. Has private bath, garage parking, 2000 square foot house, living room, kitchen, swimming pool in the summer time. All utilities paid.
