We are 2 roommates here looking for a third. We have an apartment in a nice gated Complex in Southwest OKC. It is on Sw 89th & I-44. We have 1 roommate that is breaking the lease and we would like to find another to take his spot. We are 28 and 31 years old. Any race or sex is ok. Rent is roughly 400-450$ just depending on how much water is used. No Drugs are allowed. If you Smoke you have to do it outside. Pets are ok no large ones tho. There are lots of amenities as the pictures show. Washer/Dryer are in the unit as well. We are an open book so please ask questions. Hope to hear from someone.
