We are currently looking for two people to fill our rooms in a 4 bedroom home. The home is a 3-story townhouse with a small yard. There are 3 rooms that have a bathroom, a half bathroom on the main floor, and one room that does not have a full bathroom. The other two roommates are UW students who are cleanly, nice, and relatively quiet. We are looking for people who have these traits and are compatible with the current tenants. Rent is $365 a month including water + $20 for electric + roughly $20 for cable/internet (this can be negotiated). Total: $405 a month per room. The house is clean, accessible, and comfortable.
