Not a huge room, but you'd have a private bathroom. Only 1 roommate allowed, no couples or children, the room isn't big enough. No pets, I already have cats and the landlord won't allow any other pets. I keep a pretty clean and quiet house, I expect a roommate that will do the same. $200 deposit and a month to month lease required. Texts and emails preferred.
