I'm located about 3 miles or so from UCO. Couples are welcome. Dog owners are encouraged (I have two friendly northern breed mixes), but cats are not allowed. I also foster northern breed dogs for a local rescue (max of 1 at any time). I'm looking for someone intelligent, ethical, eccentric, and at least reasonably clean (pick up after yourself at a minimum).
Rent with all utilities and WiFi included is $430 due on the first of each month. As an added bonus, I might even fix your things (cars, computers, bikes, whatever)! Move in date is roughly October 1.
