I recently purchased my home (late last year) and have since decided to finish my master's at VCU over the next year. This means I am looking to rent out one of my rooms to someone in the same vein of life. The house is behind Chippenham hospital. It's about 6-7 minutes away from VCU and the downtown area, and about 15-20 minutes to Short Pump.
The ideal candidate would be either finishing school or a professional who is able to make payments each month. Clean and respectful, a non smoker, and doesn't mind the occasional back yard BBQ or firepit.
I'm asking $440 a month plus half of the utilities. Those have never exceeded $150 in total. You would have your own room (actually you could have 2 rooms really, I don't use either of them). Access to a bathroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer, front and back yard, driveway to park, 60" tv with gaming and media entertainment, Fios internet, and probably more things I'm forgetting..
