Assume my year-long lease at Park Village Apartments, located in the perfect area! I am moving soon and am on the search to find a tenant (ladies only) to take over my lease running to July 2016. By taking the lease over, my deposit will transfer to the new tenant - this means that there is no deposit owed, or first/last months rent! The only move-in payment is a $100 transfer fee.
