I have accepted a job in Independence and need to move to the area by or before Aug 15.
About me:
Moving from Columbus
in my 30s
I enjoy playing & watching sports, socializing, outdoor activities, music, volunteering.
I enjoy going to church on Sundays
I like having a beer or two on Saturdays
I will be working a lot in the upcoming months, so you might not even see me around much at first.
I am responsible with paying rent on time, and I respect my roommates' privacy, space, etc...
My ideal situation would be month to month or short-term lease with month to month option after that. This does not mean that I necessarily want to move again anytime soon...
I am hoping to find a room for under $450 including utilities.
