I'm looking for a subletter to take over my lease for a 3 BR/1BA house in the Fall Creek Place neighborhood. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown and a 15 minute drive to Broad Ripple. $450/mo + utilities. The two other roommates are women in their mid-twenties, so they are looking for the same. The house has a washer/dryer in unit and a security system, and the room is 12' x 14.5'. There is also parking in the alley in back of the house. Move-in date will be either Sept. 15 or Oct. 1 (whichever you prefer) and the lease ends July 31, 2016. No dogs or cats, since one of the roommates is allergic.
