Hi, I'm Shawn. I'm subleasing for July/Aug in Carrboro and will need a new, more permanent, place to call home starting September 1st. Something around $400-$500 range/month. I'm originally from Maryland and moving back to the Triangle. I'm a life coach, waiter, bartender, wannabe entrepreneur, and traveler.

I'm looking for an awesome roommate to share an apartment or house with in a good location in the Carrboro area. Respect and communication are two of my top values. I clean up after myself and keep my room and common spaces clean and organized. I share in household responsibilities and like to come home to a welcoming, carefree space. I like incense/candles, cooking at home, and good wine. I'm pescatarian and looking to live with another pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan. I have only ate by these three diet preferences.

I do energy work, meditation, discuss philosophy and psychology, and play with cbt, eft, nlp, and hypnosis. I'm getting back into juggling poi, lifting weights, swimming, hiking, indoor rock climbing, and the martial arts. I'm certified as a personal trainer, lifeguard, life coach, and mental health tech. I use to do internet marketing for a video production house in Bangkok and want to create/teach some courses online via udemy.com.

I'm also an aspiring polyglot, currently learning the constructed language of Esperanto, then improve my basic Spanish and move on to French before hitting Mandarin and Japanese. I'd very much love to live with a multi-lingual roommate or someone wanting to learn/practice languages with someone!

I don't have any pets, currently, but will be getting a cat. I stay away from cigarettes/tobacco, and am 420 friendly, but don't smoke myself. I have a healthy alcohol drinking level and like to play card/board games and invite friends over. I have Cards Against Humanity and am waiting to receive Exploding Kittens from Kickstarter!
