Currently have 4 tenants - 3 males, 1 female - who range in age from 20's to 60's. Applicant must be mature and respectful of others. This is a quiet house - if you're looking for a party atmosphere, this is not it. Kitchen, living room, laundry room and both bathrooms are all shared and are cleaned once a week. All lawn work is taken care of and trash is taken to the curb on trash day. Hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper are stocked each week. Each bedroom is separately keyed.
