450 roommate Looking for my current 2 bedroom. (Belltown) hide this posting unhide

QR Code Link to This Post I'm in search for a roommate for my current 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom in Belltown. Move in date of Jan 1 or later (can be a little flexible depending on what you're looking for). I love the location and the price, but unfortunately my current roommate is moving back to her hometown in the new year. I thought I'd turn to Craigslist to find an equally awesome person to sublease for 6 mo (then potentially the opportunity to lease again next year)!

About the Apartment:
Bright and spacious 2 bedroom with a shared full bath and a 1/2 bath in the hall. The main bathroom has two vanities, so it's almost like we have our own bathrooms in one. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Rent is 450 + all utilities (w/s/g, gas, electricity and internet come to about $75/mo). It's close to so many bus lines and there's a Safeway within walking distance.
- Parking available in the building for an extra $150/month.
- Shared rooftop deck for all residents with a KILLER view of the sound/Olympic mountains
- Elevator, but no doorman
- Washer and dryer in-unit
- gas fireplace (free gas for fireplace, so doesn't count toward bill!)
- NOTE: I have a cat, Lulu. She's super friendly and will want your attention. It's up to you if you give it to her ha. Would love a roommate who wouldn't mind replenishing her food or litter box if I'm away for a long weekend.

About Me:
I'm a 26 year-old, female, marketing professional who moved here a year and a half ago from Chicago (originally from Cleveland, OH). I'm organized, easy-going and enjoy all things outdoors. I like a night in with a glass of wine as much as nights out trying a new restaurant and hitting the town. I have a boyfriend who occasionally stays over and will be just as respectful with your space.

About You:
Female, 24-30. Good at keep shared spaces clean and willing to take turns purchasing apartment necessities and cleaning. Looking for someone to hang with on occasion, and up for exploring the city or hiking on the weekends.

Pets
The building doesn't allow dogs, but we might be able to have one more cat if they get along.
