Room one shares the laundry room (we will need access to the room during the day) with a private bath for 450.00 per month. Room two is completely private with a private bath for 500.00 per month. $100.00 NON refundable cleaning deposit. Must be a Gay male, ideally employed outside the house Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or somewhat close to those hours. Please be a mature 30+ years of age, clean with the desire to reside in a very tidy, and comfortable home. We have a nice outdoor hot tub, a large private backyard, a billiards room/pool table etc. Located 10 to 15 minutes to downtown.
