I have a newer Toro Titan Commercial Zero turn mower. This machine has the 48in deck that is heavy duty unlike what you get from Lowe's and home depot. It has the 23h Kohler motor on it and the hour meter reads 168. It was used by a home owner and was not used commercially. This is a clean turn key mower with no issues.
