Includes heat, hot water, electricity & wifi. This 12' X 13.5' sleeping room also includes use of microwave and small refrigerator shown, since there is no access to a kitchen or stove.

Forced hot water heat is under control of your own individual thermostat, mounted on wall near entrance to your walk-in closet. Dimensions of walk-in closet exceed 5'X5'. Has each wall has both upper and lower clothes racks and shelves, making it easy to hang tops on top and bottoms on bottom, etc.

GREAT NEWS: You will benefit also from an integrated propane generator on site. This means that in the event of PSNH power failure, you will still have electricity!
