Includes heat, hot water, electricity & wifi. This 12 ft by 13.5 ft sleeping room includes use of microwave and small refrigerator shown, since there is no access to a kitchen or stove. Soon a 76 inch long formica counter top will be added all along the wall to the left of the entrance to the walk-in closet shown. This will have a stainless kitchen type sink. Microwave will be placed on the right side over a cabinet with drawers, and the refrigerator shown will be placed under the counter between the left lower sink cabinet and the right cabinet with drawers. Matching overhead cabinets will also be installed all along the wall.
Forced hot water heat is under control of your own individual thermostat, mounted on wall near entrance to your walk-in closet. Dimensions of walk-in closet exceed 5'X5'. Two walls in the closet have both upper and lower clothes racks and shelves, making it easy to hang tops on top and bottoms on bottom, etc.
GREAT NEWS: You will benefit also from an integrated propane generator on site. This means that in the event of PSNH power failure, you will still have electricity!
First photo shows what windows look like with drapery closed. There are 2 rows of curtains, and the solid ones can be pulled aside to let in plenty of sun, since this is the south side of the house.
