surrounded by 25 acres of serene woodlands. Main house is a fully furnished
5 room chalet with 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 full baths, wood stove and beautiful
attached 4 season sunroom. Located adjacent to the house is a bunkhouse that
is setup with 2 bunk beds that, combined with the main house, comfortably
sleeps 12. A large 3 sided wrap around deck invites you to enjoy the beautiful
scenery all year long.
This non-smoking family home is fully furnished with all of your basic needs
including washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, WiFi, cable / VCR / DVD / HD TV,
and outside deck complete with gas grill and outdoor furniture.
The town of Freedom, NH is located White Mountain / Lakes Region south of
North Conway minutes from King Pine, Cranmore, Black Mountain ski areas.
North Conway is only 11.5 miles away with over 60 factory outlets, dining,
movies. Year round outdoor activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
snowmobile rentals, hunting, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, biking,
and a swimming beach area. Simply pack your food/clothes/linens and enjoy
nature at her best all year round.
Variable rates available to suit your personal needs. Three day weekend
SPECIAL rates starting at $295.00, FULL week rates starting at $495.00 to
$995.00 PLUS 9% NH State room tax and NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00
cleaning charge. Vacation and holiday period rentals are available;
call Ray @ for special pricing.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A $250.00
security deposit will hold your vacation rental time and will be returned
within 2 weeks of the rental period after all conditions on the check list
have been satisfactorily.
