The property features unobstructed views of the ocean which are truly breathtaking. The cottage is up to date with many conveniences and available May through October for rental. Totally renovated in 2009, the interior features a beautiful pine finish and is decorated with a nautical theme. We are known for cleanliness. The balcony and porch offer unobstructed views of the ocean overlooking Saco Bay from Prout's Neck in Scarborough to Camp Ellis in Saco. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom; a full kitchen, living room. Linens and an initial set-up of toiletries are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A washer/dryer is located on the second floor and it requires the use of He detergent. We welcome groups of up to 8 persons. The cottage is a no pet, no smoking rental. There is an outdoor gas BBQ grill and a picnic table on the sand. Free Wi-Fi is provided and available throughout the cottage. Reserved parking for 3 cars. The Old Orchard Beach location .
