If you prefer a brand new vacation home over a dated cottage, we have the home for you which is conveniently located in a private neighborhood off Broadway on the Short Sands Beach side of the Nubble Peninsula within a short walk to the beach, town and the Nubble Lighthouse.
Particular attention to detail has been taken to provide you with comfortable and spacious accommodations. Our 4 bedroom (king sized master suite with private bath and walk-in closet, 2 queen sized bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 twins), 3 bath home features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are also included. We provide beach chairs and a little red wagon for going to the beach. Our quiet, private yard includes gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture on the covered porch. Book our home for your summer or fall get-aways, long weekends or holidays. Perfect for wedding accommodations, family reunions or any occasion.
In order to provide our guests with the level of quality accommodations which we expect when traveling with our family, we personally manage, maintain and clean our own properties.
