Conveniently located on the Short Sands Beach side of the Nubble Peninsula within walking distance of the beach, town and the Nubble Lighthouse. Relax on the porch overlooking the bay and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.

This 4 bedroom (1-Q, 2-F, 2-T), 2 bath home is located one street from the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave along with a pantry. Washer and dryer are also included. You will dine in the dining room or relax in the living room or on the porch overlooking the water. Outside, we have a gas grill, patio table w/chairs, outdoor shower and little red wagon for going to the beach.
