QR Code Link to This Post We have an extreme mosaic female chinchilla who's looking for her new home. She came to NWI just a bit ago, and is now ready to leave and go to a family of her own. Several people have commented on how neat her "spot" is, but no one's taken her home yet. Now's her time!

She was born around 7/1/17, making her right about 5 months old. Her color is called extreme mosaic, which is usually a white chinchilla with super dark or unusual markings. For this chinchilla, the "extreme" part is the huge standard grey spot that you can see on her back! How unusual!

She's a big girl - lots to love! While she can be a bit energetic at times, she does just fine with being handled and petted, and calms down after being held for a bit. She would likely enjoy playtime when she's old enough! Super sweet girl. Doesn't bite.

She would make a great "first chinchilla" for someone who's never had one before.

This chinchilla is currently caged alone. However, if you interested in pairing her up with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (Tradition pellets), a goodie bag of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. She will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.

Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.
