Seeking roommate for a two bedroom condo in Springvale, Maine. Very quiet place, clean and very tidy. I travel a lot from work and am mostly not there, so you will often have the condo just for yourself. Washer and Dryer is in the unit, Dishwasher, balcony, your own parking space and a wonderful view of the Mousam River.

This may be ideal for a student or someone that is looking for a quiet place. Smoking, drugs, and animals are not allowed. You will have to provide two former landlord references and current and former work references.

Please do not reply to this post if you do not have a steady income, can't come up with a security deposit or trying to make a deal. My condo is very nice, so I would only like to share it with someone that is respectful, takes care of him/herself and respects the property of others. Will do a thorough background check!
