I have a room that will be available January 8, 2018. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Henderson, close to the freeway, shops, airport, and the Strip. You would have your own room, bathroom, walk-in closet, assigned parking space and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
A little about me:
I'm a female graduate student in my mid 20's. I'm typically at school all week but like to do fun things on the weekend if I'm not studying! I'm pretty easy-going, but I just ask that you be clean, on time with payment, and respectful. This apartment is smoke-free and there are no pets.
Rent is $500/month + ½ of utilities. Your name would also be on the lease and we would split the security deposit (1 month's rent).
