QR Code Link to This Post Hello! I am a 30 year old female and just got a small 3 bedroom house in Hendersonville (exit 6 off Vietnam Vets) I'm looking for one female roommate. It would just be myself and you. I'm in nursing school and I will be studying my life away. Of course company is welcome, I would just ask that you be considerate. I need someone reasonable. My preference is someone close to my age or older with a full time job or grad student. We have a kitchen, living room, and dining room that are common areas. Also a back deck with a fenced in back yard. I am very laid back, but my living space is very important to me. It's my haven, so I'll be selective in choosing someone.

-Recently repainted on the inside

-You'd have a private room with a private full bath on your hall
-the third bedroom is very small and is my office/workout space which you're welcome to use to workout if I'm not studying
-washer/dryer
-dishwasher
-stove
-refrigerator
-I have a Vitamix if you're into smoothies
-less than 10 mins from Streets of Indian Lake: Shopping/Cinema/restaurants/etc
-5 mins from interstate
-Pet Friendly as long as your dog is completely potty trained. (I have a 2 year old Yorkie/spaniel mix who loves to play and is super nice to all animals, dogs and cats welcome).

You:
-I would much prefer nonsmoking, but if you are a smoker, it absolutely has to be outside on the back and deck and butts always have to be thrown away/ disposed of.
-zero drugs of any kind
-quiet/considerate
-clean up after yourself in common areas
-responsible
-your room is not furnished but I have access to a twin bed if you need it

-There is a deposit of 1/2 months rent (250)

-utilities split equally
-wifi access split equally (I don't really watch TV, I tend to stream, but I'm open to including cable)
-sign lease agreement for 6 or 12 months (length of lease won't affect price of rent).

I'm looking at either a Jan1 or Jan 15 move-in date. Looking forward to finding someone great to share my house with!
