I have a large 3 bedroom 2 story home in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to Nine Mile train station and 3 blocks from a bus stop. The area has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool, (in the summer) and green belts for walking or riding bikes. The small back yard has a covered deck and BBQ. My current roommate (not boyfriend), and I are both over 50 which should not be a problem unless you have an age issue. I had one roommate that lived here for 4 1/2 yrs and another for 2 1/2.
