I have a nice house on a very quiet safe street in Lakeside off Dumbarton I would like to share with another mature settled non-smoking person. No children. There's a full basement with a private entrance and a private bathroom with a shower at the top of the stairs. The main room is 11 feet by 20 feet plus another large area outside that room. You would share the kitchen or do like my current roommate and set up a kitchen downstairs. At present there is a 55 inch projection TV, a seven foot sofa and leather recliner and wood burning fireplace in the room. There is also a refrigerator and washer and dryer in the basement. There is also a storage room. All you would need is a bed or you can sleep on the sofa. Looking for someone who is dependable, employed, honest and clean. Rent would be $500 plus half of utilities which include Verizon Fios TV, internet and house phone. Depending on weather and how conservative you are utilities run around $175 a month or less each.
