There is a great room available in our cute Boise Bungalow. Looking to have someone move in by JANUARY 1ST. We live 15-20 minutes from everything Boise has to offer as well as Nampa and the surrounding suburbs. The room can either come furnished or empty, entirely up to you. It has a large closet, a window that looks into the side yard, and is directly across the hall from the shared bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished (couches, dishes, chairs, tables, etc.) that you are of course welcome to. The house is recently painted with new carpet and hardwood in the kitchen. We have a big backyard with a furnished patio and hot tub (yes, a hot tub) that you are welcome to use as well. We do have hook ups for a Washer/Dryer, but have not purchased them just yet. They may or may not be here by move-in. There is a two-car garage that we use (we have 2 cars), but the neighborhood is very safe and street parking is easy.
A little about us...
We are a couple in our late 20s with an awesome pooch named Ferguson. Ferg will love you forever and is quiet and easy-going. You do not have to worry about having a crazy yap yap dog waking you up every morning. We recently moved here from Portland, OR and love everything about Boise. I (Luke) work in Hotels/Music and Sarah (my partner) is a Masters student that works in education. We're not big drinkers, but don't really care if you are as long as you're mature about it. Not looking for a partier or heavy smoker and no drugs in the house. This is an ideal spot for a college student or a young professional who is looking for a quiet, laid-back and tidy place to live.
