Walking distance to campus and near the AT Transit and evening Dartmouth shuttle that will take you to campus for free. 3 bedrooms, sharing with 2 other very nice and tidy grad students from CS and MALS program. (1 male Computer Science, 1 female MALS)
The room can be rented month to month but preferably this whole winter term.

It is a Dartmouth College-owned school housing but it's way better than a dorm or any other Dartmouth owned housing in the area. The room is downstairs, an extra room turned into a bedroom.. For the cheap price of the room, It does not have a permanent door fixture but does have covering and a Japanese wall divider for privacy. Also, have your own private exit and entrance in the back. It's way bigger room than the other 2 rooms upstairs and also fully furnished with bed, desk, lamps, alarm clock, chair, humidifier, air filter ionizer and a tv.
Very nice housing with a community center with individual private rooms for studying, tennis courts, basketball, and a huge soccer.
