The house has a new washer and dryer, as well as new kitchen appliances. There is one large room available with a walk in closet on second floor, a semi private bathroom on first level, off street parking, and a four season porch. We own a very well behaved Great Dane that is nine months old. Bus lines are two blocks away, and an Uber downtown runs about $8.
We are asking for first months rent of $510, plus a deposit equal to first months rent. We would like a minimum commitment of 3 months, with at least 60 days notice if needing to vacate.
