I have rented my house for two years now and have had very good luck in finding people that are awesome to live with. However everything changes and people move on ....so here I am looking for a person that would be happy in a home newly renovated . This house is a classic in Heathwood built in 1911.....all hardwood floors ect . also I do have pets cats and 2 dogs but well behaved and are outside most of the time.
