QR Code Link to This Post Hi, I just moved into a new place and thought I'd look for another guy or guys (sorry, no females) to share the home with me. It's a two-story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a quiet townhome community in west Garden Grove.

The second bedroom upstairs is about 14' x 11'10" with a walk-in closet. It comes semi-furnished with a new full sized bed (more furnishings may be provided). The downstairs living/dining room is large enough for half of it (about 11' x 10') to be used as a bedroom. It also comes semi-furnished with a full sized bed. There is plenty of closet space and a private half bathroom (shared shower upstairs). The rooms are perfect for a student or professional who basically needs a place to sleep and clean up and wants to live in a clean and peaceful environment.

The complex is well taken care of and comes with pool, clubhouse, and greenbelts. The location (near Valley View St and Chapman Ave) is perfect for someone who works in Garden Grove, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Stanton, Westminster or nearby and is convenient to the 405 and 22 Freeways. CSULB Cal State Long Beach is only 6 miles away as well.

The home includes:

- new carpet & paint

- new kitchen appliances

- 2 car garage with washer and dryer

- free Wi-Fi

- cable not set up (I don't watch TV, but you are welcome to set up an account)

The rent is $800 a month for the bedroom and $525 for the living room with all utilities included. I will reduce the rent by $25 if I find a third roommate and you need to share the shower. There is also a $25 discount if you do not need a parking space. First month's rent and security deposit equal to rent is required to move in. The lease is month-to-month. Military welcome (discount considered).

I am looking for a respectful, laid-back and tolerant guy (if you're straight you should be okay with sharing a home with someone who's not). Please have a clean lifestyle (non-smoking, no 420/drugs) with a steady and verifiable income. I'm a 42 year old professional Asian guy, quiet and discreet and usually wake up before 6am for work and go to the gym in the late evenings. I work out regularly and try to eat healthy, so a gym member/someone with a healthy lifestyle would be a plus (no one who stays home 24/7...)
