QR Code Link to This Post My name is Riley, I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my one bedroom apartment located in Maplewood, at the Greenwood Apartment Complex, at 3704 Greenwood Boulevard. Clean, non- smoking building, well kept and updated by landlord.
Open kitchen and livingroom, with a walk-in closet, and a bathroom attached to the bedroom.
The reason I'm moving is simply cost, an opportunity arose where I could room with a friend, and I would like to take it.
The rent is $535 a month, and the only utility you pay is electric. Heat and A/C are both electric- controlled. Lease is until October of 2018, with a renewable lease.
Since I would like to move sooner rather than later (late to mid December), I will be happy to give you $200 cash to move in, use it on whatever you like.
