We pay the utilities which we keep the AC and heat throughout the year at about 70 degrees. We don't have cable TV but do have high speed internet which is included. The fridge we split in half. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer which is shared. We also have a dog and welcome other dogs. No cats due to allergies. We are only looking for a female to rent due to a child.
