The suite contains a large bedroom (12x13), a big modern bathroom with a shower (9x10), a living room (10x11), an eating area with a small refrigerator (9x13), and a good sized closet (3x8). It's fully furnished, has lots of windows, and is carpeted throughout.

The house is in a safe, quiet historic neighborhood (Coventry Village) and is walking distance to Coventry Road, Little Italy, University Circle, Uptown, CWRU, Cumberland Pool, Cain Park, the Rec Center, and bus routes. Short drive to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. The rent includes all utilities, including internet and basic tv (no cable). Tenant may share kitchen, laundry, and driveway parking with the owners.

Tenant must be a non-smoker, and must also like cats (but no additional pets, please). There is no separate entrance and you will be sharing the house with the owners, so you must be quiet and courteous. Also, the Owners teach yoga classes and give Reiki therapy treatments in the home at varying times during the day, evenings, and weekends. You would need to be absolutely quiet during these times, including not coming and going. But you are welcome to get free yoga classes or Reiki treatments!
