The rent includes electricity, water, and internet. We will be sharing the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and living room. All I ask is that you do not smoke in the home, no animals, do not bring guests over without asking, clean up after yourself, or destroy any property. My home is located in the Huntwyck neighborhood. Rent is $550. Also this is for one person not a family or a couple. I'm single and enjoy my privacy but will open my home to the right person. Available January
