The house is 1.5 mile away from UMBC; locates in Maiden Choice Village right on the intersection of I 695 & Wilkens Ave; also one block away from UMBC bus stop; walking distance to two shopping plazas. Plenty of street parking space in front of house.

Rent includes utilities. We have fios internet but no cable TV. Roommate shares kitchen, washer & dry and has duty to maintain the cleanness for public area. One room is rented for one person. Please no couples and overnight guests!!

Move in condition is one month rent + deposit which is equal to one month rent. Prefer new roommates to stay till end of next May.
