I'm a general contractor with a straightforward labor gig I need completed. I have a newer construction townhome with a 6 foot tall 500 sq ft crawl space.
Unfortunately the previous owners started to build a small room down there to use as a wine cellar using incorrect lumber. Long story short, it needs to come out. I'm looking for 2 guys with a small dump trailer to spend a few hours to demo the room framing and clear the crawl space of all old debris then dispose at dump.
The room is only 6x8 of framing, vapor barrier and a door, no drywall or anything.
The crawl space is tall, dry, bug and critter free. Super clean other than construction debris laying around.
Townhome is off Burnham Drive, in pristine condition so care will need to be taken getting items out door. Work to occur after closing in 10 days.
This is going to be approximately 1 small utility/dump trailers worth of debris.
You must be reliable, there will be a 2 day window to complete this. 100% cash compensation upon completion.
