Frederick and Fiona are 6 year old short-haired cats waiting once again for a home.
They were found as emaciated orphans when 5 weeks old, taken in by their foster mother and nursed back to health, then adopted. At 1 1/2 years of age, they were returned when their owner moved and decided she couldn't take them with her. After months of waiting, they found a new home and were very happy for 4 years until the couple retired and sold their house and moved into a mobile home to travel. The cats - especially Fiona - didn't adapt readily to this rather dramatic change. So, they were returned again and are now, for a third time, seeking a home and family.
Both are great cats but do take time to accept changes. Frederick is the mellower and more adaptable of the two and is a wonderful cuddler and snuggler. Fiona has a much harder time with changes, but once she finally settles in, is a very sweet and affectionate girl. Fancy especially takes a while to adapt to new cats, but they both do well with dogs. Fiona especially seems to love dogs and snuggles with them whenever possible.
They are FeLV/FIV negative, vaccinated, spayed/neutered as kittens, and microchipped. They would really love to find a home and family where they can actually be loved and cared for forever - instead of just for a few years!
$100 adoption fee for the pair as a gesture of commitment and to help compensate for medical.
