Rent is $600 per month and all utilities are included* in the price.
*Water is provided by the complex. Anything over c. $130 in power you will have to make up, though this figure may be adjusted once usage can be accurately gauged.
Internet is provided by Time Warner Cable and down/up speeds are 15/1 Mbps. If this bandwidth proves insufficient for two people, it will be upgraded. I do not watch TV or use a landline and so these services will not be provided, even if you are willing to make up the difference.
LOCATION
The condo is located on Avent Ferry less than a mile from both main and centennial campuses and easy walking distance to Cat and Wolfline bus stops.

The condo is two floors and 1,288 sqft. It has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom; a kitchen, living room, and dining area and includes washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, and oven. Your bedroom will be c. 12 ft x 14 ft. More accurate measurements will be available upon request in the following days.
ABOUT ME
I am a 22 year old student at NCSU in the College of Sciences. I like audiobooks (fantasy, sci-fi, essayists, scientific, comedy), podcasts, movies, videogames (Skyrim, Dishonored, Portal, Bioshock/Infinite), baking, gardening, hiking, biking, pretentious beer, and just generally trying and learning new things. I'm very easygoing, but on the whole I prefer to keep to myself. Please do not misinterpret this as rudeness, as I'm sure you are wonderful and good-looking; I'm just not much of a people-person. I'm a night-owl but I'm quiet and you don't need to worry about waking me up in the morning, so I will be unaffected by your hours so long as you aren't conducting a marching band or anything between 12 am and 6 am. I run a pretty tight ship and like to keep my place clean and minimalistic. I play piano but I keep the volume on my keyboard down if I'm not by myself.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
Prefer a student, grad-student, recent graduate, young professional, and/or someone in their 20's who is focused and responsible. That means no loud music, no parties, leave me out of your personal issues, and pay your rent on time and we'll be ace. I prefer a roommate who is easygoing, clean, and tidy without being obsessive about it. Good taste in books and music helps, but is not required. If you have better health habits than me, even better.
