I am looking to rent one bedroom in my one-story 4 bedroom/2 bath home in Cascade Park in the Riverview Neighborhood. Singles only. Looking for only ONE roommate. There are currently two fun, easy-going people living at the house...male and female...friends, but not a couple. One roommate is gone over half the time. The 4th bedroom is a common area guest room/office. All utilities are included in your rent, as well as high-speed internet and Netflix. Quiet neighborhood. Prefer a female, but open to "normal" guys too. Really looking for someone that meshes well. :)

There is one, very sweet, older lab/retriever currently at the residence. I will consider a dog, and a large dog at that, as long as they get along with my dog. Dog fee is $300. Yard is fully fenced with a dog run, and there is a large enclosed park at the end of the street. Dogs have all indoor privileges. Sometimes there are other dogs at the house...play dates with my dog. No cats!

Bathrooms will need to be shared (there are showers in both). Entire house is common-area (minus personal bedrooms) and yard is also common-area. Keep your room however you wish. But there is NOT a maid at the house, and basic household and yard chores, such as cleaning of common bathroom, are shared.

420-friendly dwelling, but no cigarette smoking inside the house. Outside is fine. No hard drugs...period, or heavy drinkers.

Rent is $600/mo (includes all utilities) and is month-to-month. If you prefer a longer lease, that is fine too. Deposit $400.

**AVAILABLE July 15th** Can move-in earlier or later. Really looking for a good fit roommate-wise, and will be flexible for that.
