Looking for a place to stay that's located in a safe area. I prefer Los Feliz area. I've lived in a house there for 5 years and consider it to be pretty safe. I walk and don't drive so I need to be around 24 hour transit. I often go out to network. I basically need a private room to store my stuff and sleep. I won't take up too much room. Also I would of course need decent wifi.
