My name is Milton Lau I am looking for a room for about $500 per month, I can manage a little more (600-650?) if I can get by on canned food, stale bread, and junk food.
I would like a modest or small room (unfurnished is acceptable), however I am willing to compromise with a Closet/Storage Space that can accommodate a cot and about 2 suitcases of clothing and personal effects.
**I would also further consider as well, access to a flat level rooftop, back alley/yard to pitch a tent, even with the coming of; winter. It can't be as bad as Chicago in the winter, can it?
I am a down-to-earth, honest, clean, decent, ethical, discrete, neat, quiet, meticulous, sensible, responsible, - not ill mannered - human being. Who rarely swears or flagrantly uses profanity.

I would appreciate that you be in San Francisco to meet in person, than be somewhere else - like Florida, or Ohio, or Zimbabwe,... To discuss, meet and make an agreement to rent a room.

I have no criminal records/history no arrests or convictions. I gave up drinking years ago, nor do I take any recreational drugs.
I am currently in a Homeless Shelter, soon back onto the streets when they can no longer have me - I work for the San Francisco Department of Public Works, Fridays to Mondays 11 am to 8 pm, excluding transit on Muni.
