QR Code Link to This Post Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share my 1300 square foot, two bedroom, two bath apartment. My current roommate is moving into her own place. The available room is almost 16 x 10 and has abundant and huge closet space. Your bathroom will be outside your bedroom. I have a huge backyard that is beautiful in all seasons and surrounded by trees.

About me: I am 40 +, white, professional, work in nonprofit Catholic Healthcare, currently pursuing my Master's Degree, and I also volunteer in addiction and poverty issues. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and don't do drugs. However, I don't mind you being a drinker if you're not a big partier and you are welcome to smoke outside the apartment. I have a small dog who is on my lease named Lucky, so you need to be cool with dogs. I'm gay, but I'm not into the gay scene and most of my friends are straight. I don't care if you're gay or straight, male or female, if you are older or younger, or what profession you have as long as you're respectful, don't mistreat my dog, no illegal activities, and pay your share of the rent promptly. About the cost, it's approximately $600 a month for everything, which includes cable and WiFi. You also have the option when you sign the lease to obtain a carport for $20 more a month. The complex is convenient to get downtown, Castleton, Fishers, and Broad Ripple. There are laundry facilities on site, a small exercise facility, close to the Fall Creek Trail, and a nice pool.
